Our Refurbishment department is under Mobile-Tech Int'l (HK) Co., Ltd establish in year 2001. This department separated from Mobile-Tech Repairing Center since year 2001. Mobile-Tech got the refurbish jobs from our customers and refurbish in Repairing Center by a few repairing engineers before established Refurbishment department. This is lack of equipment for mobile testing. No more service software supported. This is limited for GSM mobile phones only.

Meanwhile, establish Refurbishment department. There is a lot of quality assurance co-operation during the refurbishment in Initial Sample Stage, Prepare Stage and Refurbishment Stage. All of Stages are quality controlled under the R&D Manager. The defective boards repaired by our senior repairing engineer and full tested feature under the Spectrum Analyzer. To ensure the quality of products, the refurbished phones should been fulfill the Drop Testing and QC before the shipment.

During the expanding of Refurbishment since 2001, Mobile-Tech bought a lot of HP and Wavetek Spectrum Analyzers to test GSM 900MHz, GSM 1800MHz, GSM 1900MHz, CDMA and TDMA respectively. And automatic BGA soldering machine too. Our Refurbishment projects are not limited in GSM only. All of our repairing engineers are fully training the BGA skill in our Mobile-Tech Training Center. The Software Engineer and Senior Repairing Engineers are under instruction from the R&D Manager to research the flash software and inspection the PCB samples.

At year 2004, Mobile-Tech Refurbishment department has one of R&D Manager, one of software Engineer, three of senior Repairing Engineers, twenty of Repairing Engineers and workers. The capacity is 500 phones per one refurbishment line. The R&D Manager will be open one ore more refurbishment line depend on the mobile phones to be work. Refurbishment department can product 20K to 30K phones every month.
